I have brought New Kent Grand+ 8-Litre Mineral RO+UV Water Purifier recently. After installation, it is having a number of problems and I had to raise several complaints which were forwarded to our nearest service center.
Even after installation of a Iron guard, the water is having sediments after boiling but in my next door neighbors flat having an Eureka forbes RO, there were no sediments.
Day before yesterday night, suddenly it stopped working and having a sound coming from the RO. The technician visited my flat yesterday and confirmed that some circuit board was not working and needs to be replaced. Does it means that the product was so cheap that even after using it for 30 days, things are not working and needs to be replaced?
When my wife called up the customer care number asking them to replace the Water Purifier, she was told that they can only raise service complaints and cannot replace it.
This is extremely poor and not expected from Kent. I already wrote poor feedback to Amazon(as I brought it from Amazon) and gave the seller poor feedback. Kindly do not buy Kent products.
