Worst product - one year honest review

This review is after using the product for more than a year.


Product was installed and after two days all problem started, Service Center person from Aqua Service visited me at least 6 to 7 in past one year.


They are not able to find what is the problem and why it stops working, each time they say " saar capacitor issue, fixed". Again in one month, it stops working again. Taste of the water is not good.


When I asked for a replacement to AquaService, they informed me that - no replacement will be done and what max they can do is check and replace if anything wrong. I keep wondering - how can some hardware go faulty all the time. For re-installation, I should say - for anything which will give money - Service Center Associated will followup with you and Timely manner they will come, when hardware failure or some issues - no response.


Everyone had informed me that Kent is troublesome and dont buy. But after reading reviews in Internet, might be fake, I made the decision and got the product - 15K is gone for a toss. Kent says to call the Customer Support center for any issues - in the advertisement. Customer Support Center is a " Joke ". When I placed a complaint, they never called me or got in touch with me. Now it stopped working again, I have called Aqua service and waiting for the person to arrive from past 48 hours.I would not recommend this product to anyone.
