I have been using **Kent** since Dec 2009. Earlier there were some problems but were rectified soon. But this time it seems that it is not going to end. I complained for a beep sound to their Hyd service office (040-30624371) and they pointed me to G S Techno Service. First they said Adapter problem and replaced (Rs 1000) Then UV lamp (approx. 600), then finally they replace all the filters and pipes (INR 3960) on 13 Sep, 2013. Since 15 Sep, the filter is not purifying any water, just keep on running without any output. Again complained to GS Techno, but of no avail. After spending approx. INR 5600 in 1 week, I am relying on bottle water.
If kent is not going to correct its Services, very soon it will go to Nokia fate, who was a market leader once but forgot to innovate and kept on priding on the legacy and fooling the customer.
