I bought and installed Kent RO Grand on 28th Aug 2013 so its like 40 days of operation. It has stopped working with absolutely no clue of what is wrong, just that the light on the UV filter is continuously on.
This happened few days ago, and lodged a service complain. The service person would promise to come every day and didnt turn up for next 3 days (think of the pain and trauma of calling 4-5 times every day and receive a promise evening and next day morning and so on).. and the service folk NEVER showed up.
The Kent RO Grand started working suddenly and then stopped again after 2 days.. which is today.. I am sure the service personnel wont turn up for next few days
Its pathetic that after spending so much, there is no peace of mind.. and the after sales service is really bad.
Kent should focus more on service and less on advertising. If you service well, you will get customers by word of mouth.
I just pray that this gets resolved soon. Will keep u posted.
