*We have purchased 5 nos kent mineral ro grand from dealer called marathahalli mineral water in banglore. so we thought we can get the good service and at the time of purchasing we were assured of better after sales services .
but right now all our machines *are stopped and when we contact to our dealer mmw, [mr rajendra] all the time they are giving only excuses from last 3 months. All our money is wasted. I am really socked by the behaviour of such a big company[kent] . Though the technology is very good and water produced by this technology is very good . But I could not understand why this company is not serious about his product . I think the dealers of this company are not taking their responsibility & company not having any service centre in banglore .that is pathatic sitution of this company. At the time of such a competing market if the responce is not proper then the product of this company can not survive in the market. Only the style of product can not make this product survived unless the after sales services are improved. I hope concerned person of the company will read this feed back they will try to improve themself.
