I had purchased this product in March 2012. Although the product is good in itself but it has got the worst authorized after-sales service centers, which is needed immediately after purchase for installation. The executive did not come on time as promised for installation.
Thereafter, for periodical servicing (which is claimed to be free for first year during Warranty period), I had to call the Service Center at least 3 times before some one came to attend the machine. Service Executives NEVER come on the day as promised by the service center(which is within 48 hours of registering complaint)
On 11 Dec 2012, I had asked M/s Jalaj Enterprises (their Authorised Service Center in Kanpur) for periodical servicing for my Kent Grand PLUS R/O machine. I was assured of an executive on 12th. But No one came till 13th.
On enquiring on 13th again, I was told that some one would definitely come on 14th. No one came.
Upon asking on 15th Dec at 6.00pm, I was told that executive would definitely come by 8.00pm.
It is past 8.00 pm on 15th Dec now. I am still waiting for that ANGEL to come to have a look on my machine. I have got the TDS of the water checked for my machine, which is only 20 & I ought to get it re-set at the earliest, BUT am at the mercy of the so called Customer Care Executives (????????)
Similar have been experiences with this Service center in the past as well (June and September 2012).
I would suggest to desist from purchasing a product from a company which DOES NOT care for its customers, specially for products which definitely require a strong After Sales Service without fail.
Please look from alternatives such as Aqua Guard Eureka Forbes, Usha Brita, Nasaka, Hindustan Unilever, Inalsa, Godrej, Tata which might have BETTER After Sales service.
