Totally disappointed with the services of the technicians of Kent. For the last 15 days, I have been calling the service people but every time a new person comes change a part and still not able to sort the problem out. The problem is TDS is coming too high through the filter then the actual TDS of the DDA water. And their is continues outflow of waste water till the water tank is empty. I have called senior service manager of the Delhi Branch but his secretary says he is too busy to refer to this problem so should contact the area service manager.
Spoke to him as well, but after few calls and few positive responses over the phone, their is no positive outcome. Thanks to all the technicians who came to solve the problem, we have already been billed around Rs 7, 000 on new parts.
Caution: As per the service manager: one of the technician Mr. Bhupinder charged us for the new motor but actually had put an second hand motor, which he finally took back so dont know, if at all, the membranes and other parts changed by the technicians are original or not, we are not very sure. Totally disgusted now, really dont know what to do, the current situation, is the last technician who came dismantled the purifier and left and now is not reachable.
So all those reading this article, please ensure about the customer care service of the product, before buying it.
