Kent RO Grand Plus Water Purifier

No service at place

I bought Kent Grand plus in july 2009 from Pure Water Zone Bangalore. We confirmed from Kent office in Noida before buying from this dealer and they told us to go ahead. Now aftrer 2 months of use it was having a strange beep sound which indicates that thr is some problem in the purifier.


I called my dealer 7- 10 times over a period of 2 months but nothing happened. Very strange but they told me that service will b provided by Kent directly.


When I called Kent service no. they said that the dealers hav to give service till it is in warranty. We can send our person but it will be chargeable!


I dont understand this .the warranty is given by Company .not the dealer!


I told my dealer .he said that he will send his person and 2 months went by.


There is no customer care no. for Kent.Nobody who is responsible.Many times at their Bangalore service no. a girl used to pick up the phone and talked only in kannada. I couldnot even talk to her!


Even in the documents of Kent only the marketing no. of Noida is mentioned.


Please buy this product only from the authorised distributor from the company not any electronic shop or else u will face the same problem.
