I am Zoya customer of Kent Ro Grand Plus water purifier from Bangalore. Recently I purchased Kent RO grand plus from from my near by vendor and I must tell you it is the best purifier I have ever seen till now. Not only it purifying the water from several impurities like zinc, lead etc.
