I have been using Kent Grand for a couple of years and would change it if we hadn’t paid so much money for it. The product itself seems alright, though it wastes a LOT of water and in Bangalore that is a major problem. The tank is very hard to empty or clean. But these are minor issues compared to the service.
They always talk you into an AMC, take your money and never turn up. I literally begged For them to send someone to fix it, though it was serviced just two weeks ago. The dealer, Good Mineral RO, came running to renew the AMC but now no one answers the phone.
