Kent RO purifier is good for usage and purifies water excellent but looking it’s durability, it is waste of Money. This RO system is handy for everyone those who are using Kent. And the design of this product is considerable. But after 3 months first service, they are cleaning filters, then after 1 year starting the problems of water pump stopping, RO filter falure and main PLC card of RO system has failure.
Totally this RO system is good, but waste of money. Only UV enough for every family. RO system is not reuired as per experienced Doctor.
Service wise excellent within 2 to 3 days service Engr will be available. Every service is very costly to call Service Engr.
I’m using this RO Kent since 2013. till now I have spent that much another KENT RO system price.
