Hello everyone, I am here to share my views on the Kent RO Grand Plus Water Purifier , I purchase this RO before one year ago and after use this RO around 2 months I overcome many problems that are associated with it.
Many times when I start the RO it auto shutdown within one minute this happens again again when I start him then I call the agent he come and check the RO and says that some problem occurred like some part is fault in RO machine that’s why it auto shutdown , they take the machine from my home and after one week they come and set machine in my home.
But again after 1 month the same problem occurs than I again call agent and they again take the machine to there office.
So my experience on that product is very bad, I suggest you to go to another RO company for better results.
