My KENT RO is 11 months old , it has developed leakage in Filter. It was promised that it will be replaced the next day. However they person came to replace it after 4 days and the filter he got was also faulty. He again promised that he will come the next day and replace it. But its been another 4 days he has not come with a replacement filter. Also the manager or the senior executive has stopped receiving phone calls from my number.
This is how KENT treats its customer.When they are selling the machine they make tall claims of visiting within 24 Hrs. But the truth is that forget visiting they have not yet come for 1 free service during the year.
