In continuation of our shocking experience with Kent, who combinedly fail to understand the concept of ‘quality service’.
Just to share - The Kent personnel visited us today and advised us to shell out 3500 for changing the filters. He advised that the filters need to be changed. We sent him back and called other experts who fixed everything in one seventh of the cost. We were also told that there’s no need to change the membrane as the water softness is absolutely fine. My question here is – how can Kents personnel do a wrong analysis just to fool the customer and dupe them of money? The person who came at our place did not even check the quality of water – he just gave a verdict. If this is the level of their service, it needs to change from “sell-more-parts” to “let’s offer-a-resolution-to-customer” mode.
I had heard from many that Kent RO has a poor service and this incident has proved everyone right.
