I have purchased a Kent Grand two years back in Chennai by seeing the ad. But to my dismay, it is the worst product I have even seen in my life. Their service is poor.
It consumes huge maintenance cost. I have changed almost all parts viz., Membrane, Filters, Pumps(Rs.2800/-), SMPS(Rs.950/-). Again last week the Membrane and Filters have gone for which I have to spent Rs.3, 900/- now. Almost 50% of the cost of the product I have spent for spares within 2-1/2 years.
So, for heaven’s sake do not buy Kent. After making a complaint, their service personnel comes after a week. They are not bothered about customers. The company will not last long. They are very particular about their fresh sales only.
