I am suffering too much by purchasing Kent for Rs.14000.00Kent Grand Plus is good only for one year, but just after warranty period over, it fails frequently. Kent has no service center system in India. No any toll free number. It gives franchise to some of its dealers, which does not have expert mechanics or stock of parts. Complains remain un-attended for months.
And if any mechanic comes, he charges too much, just loots Indians, saying like -- the Motor dead, Rs. 2200 needed to replace, power supply failed, Rs.980 needed, filter to be replaced Rs.700 required, Pipe jammed, Rs.450 needed, Carbon system bad, Rs.3400 to be paid, like so like so....
The parts price list should be clearly printed and hosted at the website, service charges should be fixed for different jobs, so that dealers could not cheat the customers.
Unless Kent provides a proper service network, a toll free fault booking number, open price list of parts,
Govt. of India should BAN kent products to be sold in India.
The Hema Malini advertisement comes on TV channels, should be immediately be banned.
