I was searching for a good RO system with good service in Chennai. I read many reviews which were about not purchasing the Kent. During this search I found a number of Mr. Issac John, who was a distributor of Kent RO in Rajendra Nagar, Keezkattialai, Chennai-117 with a name of Genasis Entrprises. He explained that since there was no distributor of Kent in Chennai, that’s why you are reading about these bad services in Chennai. Now as I have taken the distributorship, there is no problem of after service. He gave me two three numbers of customers who were already using kent RO.
After talking to them I was convinced and made a decision to go for it. I gave an order for Kent grand plus on Sunday evening 17 Oct 10 to that distributor named Issac John . He took no time to deliver it and installed on the same evening and got the cheque for full amount from me. One month after water started leaking from the tap and I tried to make the call to all the numbers given by Issac John. I was shocked that no number was working or were switched off. After being unsuccessful for two days I made a call to Kent head office, Noida. They gave me local manager number of Mr. Suresh (9940090005) and asked to contact him for the problem.
When I contacted to Suresh he gave the new contact no. of Issac John (8939938000). Saying today, tomorrow Issac passed 15-20 days and finally told that I will not do this service what ever you want to do you can do. Issac John (08939938000) is a so big cheater that he will convince you and once he got money he will kick you. if you don’t want to repent for cheating, don’t involve in any business with him, Then I again contacted to Suresh and explained whole story. Actually Suresh was knowing this story earlier and just to escape from the service he gave the Issac Number. After making thousand calls tap is not replaced so far. Only I get promise of replacing it today or tomorrow definitely. This is a small component, what if it was a RO membrane. Now I have only way left to go to consumer forum for the redressal of my frustration. I want to emphasize to those customer who want to buy RO system, if you don’t want to frustrate, never go for Kent at least in Chennai.
