Poor after sales service

I bought a Kent Grand Water Purifier in Nov 2011.


Due to complicated mechanism and over vibration within the machinery candles, the inner tubes running between the candles become loosening and also the life of the candles are very short. I replaced the candles within 7 months period on cost, they say the guarantee do not cover the candles. The service Technician most of the times in not reachable condition over phone due to switch off his mobile. I get Poor support from the Dealer M/s Fans & Appliances, Chennai from whom I bought this machine.
