We have bought a kent RO - grand plus.while going through for the kind of product .shop keeper explained more than 100 feature of that and claimed its the best.
In 1st year service problems cae for 5 times.they never kept their promise on time for whc we have to waste our time. AT 3RD time I requested service people to change the piece to get correct one.they took all the papers and did nothing.all together they passed time just 1 year.now they are claiming that warranty period over.more than a month my complaint is on hold.no resolution.company and service centre are playing with us.
Service centre name is - RAM AQUA SOLUTION - HYDERABAD. KENT EMPLOYEES - MR. KRISHNA REDDY & KISHORE. krishna reddy is claiming as he is just 45 days old to the company he can’t do any thing and not at all lifting. I advise every one to do not buy KENT RO even AT ZERO COST.
