Absolutely below standard company - Kent. No business standards. No fair trade practice. They are really digging a pit for themselves. The company will definitely loose the market sales if this attitude continues.
Market rule says, don’t let even a single unsatisfied and cheated customer otherwise your pack up is inevitable. But scenario of kent is 100s of unsatisfied customers who are really cheated.I do recommend people to go for other ro as the mechanism is almost same for cleaning water with every ro provider. With kent you will cry for service and support whenever you need. Even spare parts are really really costly. Even if your warranty period expired due to their delayed response(10 days), they don’t commit their mistake and will charge for spares(2000 rupees in my case) which were supposed to be replaced under warranty.
They don’t even provide receipts for the money charged. Highly ill-mannered, rude and unfriendly service people. It is like really really big mistake to go for kent ro.
