Its been long I am using Kent Ro Grand plus purifier and I really don’t like it. Though it works properly but it got defected very soon. I use to feel the taste of the water started changing and then I realised that the purifier was not functioning properly.
So I called up for service and they promised me to visit in 48 hours and fix the problem.
But the servicemen did not turn up till 5 day and water being a necessity, I had to spend my money on the packed water.
Being such a big brand and pricing the product so high, they should also look after the AFTER SALE SERVICES.
I wouldn’t recommend this purifier.
