I shifted from Kolkata to Pune.
My current address: Pune - 411 045
Yesterday morning 8-9 AM, I have made a call at your customer service, needing assistance in some installation issues at my mentioned address above.
I received a sms, person assigned to me Mr. Sahab, but he is in Kolkata.
I called customer service repeatedly, that I need the technician in Pune, but I still receive SMS for the assigned person who is in Kolkata.
I called up again today, senior deartment, Mr Abhishek mentioned he will speak to the area department and change it to Pune. Then again I got a sms again the same Kolkata based assigned person.
May I know, is this the quality of service of Kent?
Pathetic service - I am planning to sell this immediately and buy another brand of RO who has a better service.
