Kent Servicing is the worst service we have faced.
We have called the service center on 28th Nov, Customer care agent said technician will attend in 24hrs.Got the details of the technician in SMS. no one turned up for service for 2 days. Then we called the technician who details were provided in SMS, then we came to know they closed the request with out informing us. Our Warranty Ended on 9th Dec. We have filed a complaint again on 12th Dec.
Technician has come after escalating the issue & asking us to pay for Motor change. We are calling the customer care for the warranty claim since the mistake is from their end for not sending the technician on time. No one is responding properly. Customer care is putting the call on hold & no one is responding.
I suggest to all Not to Buy any Kent Product worst service & Worst Product.
