Watch out- the servicing and maintenance costs are prohibitive and they don’t have reliable service partners. I have already spent more than 4000 rupees in one year and I regret not opting for Eureka Forbes who, at least have reliable service delivery and lower operational costs to offer.
With annual AMC costs, the need to call the service center every three month’s to remind them to service your machine despite having an AMC for which you pay up front, its a no win deal.
The product quality and durability leaves a lot to be desired.
