PLEASE DO NOT BUY KENT RO PURIFIERS.I bought the model kent Grand for 13.5k and it broke in 2 months and the after sales service is poor!
THERE IS NO CONTACT DETAILS OF SERVICE CENTERS IN THEIR WEB SITE!
The dealer from whom I bought the system did not respond to my queries and i’m in deep trouble!
I am still trying to find out the service center in Bangalore!
The components are fault prone and you need to replace the membrane every year.But whom & where to contact for the service?
I bought this purifier seeing the Advertisement and the technology.But I never tried to look into their web site for the service center details. From this experience I learnt that one should always check the after sales service details before buying any product!
I do not recommend this product since the after sales service of this product is so bad!
