I purchased a Kent Grand RO Plus Water purifier inspite of various sources suggesting me not to do so since they said that the customer service & assistance provided after buying the filter was PATHETIC!
Post purchasing the purifier, a person came for installation post 4 working days!
To add to this, the installation was not done properly due to which there was a bad taste to the water from the purifier! This was confirmed by the second officer who had come to fix this. There after one of the inner pipes of the filter has becomeloose / ruptured due to which the water purifier is leaking from within! I then called up to get this fixed on the 20th Nov15(Request number 151120-00962) & this was assigned to a technician who could not make it to my place since he was out of Town.
Surprisingly this request shows as completed on 21st Nov on my Kent Login account. Post this, I called again & a new request was logged on 21st Nov(Request number 151121-00902) & this was assigned to another technician who too did not attend to it for reasons unknown. Surprisingly again, this too shows as completed on 23rd Nov with a charge of Rs.935 which comes as yet another surprise since no one attended to my issue & since the product is in warrentee!
I havent heard from anyone & no one has come to fix this! All that happens is that I keep receiving messages to give feedback via a missed call on a number. this too doesnt work since I am unable to connect to this number! The contact numbers of the officers provided to me(Brijesh 771888xxxx & Ranjit 771888xxxx) are also coming switched off!
Needless to say thatPathetic is a small teeny-tiny(Miniscule) word for Kents customer service+ After Sales Service. I have never been treated like this before & I will share this feedback with as many websites as I can so that people get to knowwho / what Kent TRULY is & thus deserves.
I guess the amount of money Kent spends on hiring film-stars to do an Advertisement. if this money was spent on the betterment of their services(better compensation & thus better Quality of people to work / hire), they couldve done great. I not only blame the complacency of the officers working for them but also their Leadership of the team since the team is a reflection of their leaders!
Kent is not only marching. but running towards its doom; I shall try & take this up with the consumer forum as well for getting compensated for these issues / treatment / torture!
