Definitely NO for Kent

Model: Kent grand, KR111006791, date of purchase 06.07.12, the machine stopped working on 23rd April 2913, attended on 25th April, and technician informed that pump has stopped working and spares has to come from Delhi.


After that they stopped attending calls from my mobile and had to all from alternate number to hear that the parts has not arrived. Later upon escalating the matter to hyd level to Mr. Roa, 9985403939, they informed that Ms Raza pure drop is no more authorized service agent and one new Ms Ravouries services is new service agent. They attended the machine on 2nd April, to replace the pump.


The technician was not holding any ID card and it was very difficult to believe if they are authorised service provider. They took the original pump supplied by company and replaced the same with old repaired pump (may be original), when I asked the same in writing they said they would not give anything in writing.


He wrote one service on call report but didn’t give copy of same for our record. When I tried to speak to their service manager the technician was getting angry saying you don’t trust me was started leaving my place without putting that old part.


Somehow I felt option less and adjusted to get the same repaired some how and put it in working condition. I am now planning to sell the same and purchase some other branded purifier.
