Worst experience

Kent Grand Plus is good only for 6months, it fails frequently. Kent has no service center system in India. No any toll free number. It gives franchise to some of it’s dealers, which does not have expert mechanics or stock of parts. Complains remain un-attended for months.


I have purchased kent RO gand plus 7month back, it worked fine only for 6 months, later many problems and much of money spending happened, called the customer care pathetic experience I got , after complaining the site inspection guy came after 6 to 7 days.


For inspection one day he will come , will not be any material with him again 2 days we have to wait for the material to deliver and fix the material. Always there will be an answer ready that there is no stock. Easy way to escape.


Finally after 7days got it changed paying 400 rs, after a week again we are facing a problem, now the technician is telling the 2filter has gone we need to change again we need to pay 400+400 .


Still we are waiting for the technician to come for fitting the filter still doesn’t turned up. already 10 days over.
