I bought Kent Pearl 1.5 years back. Until I went for changing filters everything was fine. But as I changed the filters, I am surrounded by too many problems. The filter that got changed got a leak after just 2 months of usage. Water pump is gone.
RO is of no use now and I have to replace it. So after buying this crap for 17 K, we need to shell out 5-6K every year. The design has a basic flaw of keeping water pump surrounded by source of water. It can’t purify the current water quality.
I have been suggested by Technician on adding another water filter as a source for filtered water to be given to Kent for it to function properly. What a joke. If you are finding it working fine for at least 2 years only, you are very lucky.
