One of the worst filter I have used. I bought Kent Pearl from a dealer in Sarjapur Raod, Bangalore. In one year, I had to call service person 6 times. In the last two 2 months I faced leaking filter( a crack formed in the filter) issue two times. This is sub-stand product. You will end up paying the service guy every two months in addition to the cost of the replaced parts(filter, adapter etc). Dont go by the advertisement seen for this product, you will get cheated.
