Customer name: Abinash Mishra From May 2016 post reinstallation of Kent RO at my new address I have been facing chronic issues with it.
The technician installed the Kent RO without following the standard checks of water hardness level. Kent malfunctioned just within 20 days of reinstallation. Post complaint registration technician: Jaichandra visited and changed the filters, RO, sediment filter which amounted to Rs3500. I was asked to pay this fee even though product was under warranty. 14 days post repair it again stopped working and the next technician informed me that all the products replaced shouldn’t have been charged. I felt cheated and looted by your service person. Not just this, the product is one of the worst products in India. It’s a broad daylight fraud under the pretext of servicing one component after another. 2 complaints have been registered post this instance. One stated power issue and fixed it, other stated water hardness issue. Now my product is out of warranty, not functioning.Complaint registered on 10/10/2016 and it has been auto closed without any technician visit. It has been a harrowing experience and futile turmoil that I and family have been through. Though we got the best branded RO purifier, today we have to depend on water cans bought from outside.
A sheer wastage of time, energy and money I would want a replacement and compensation for all of this. Looking for your immediate attention towards this complaint.
