I brought a Kent Pearl by paying in July’2012 from a kent dealer in Bangalore - Aqua Care Water Solution, Mahadevpura... The kent purifier has failed to function twice in last 8 months itself. Before purchasing, the sales person mentioned that they come and visit us for servicing every 6 months in first 1 yr..But it was all false..it never happened to me....
Though I am still within 1 yr warranty period, my interactions & experience with the local service support persons of above dealer are pathetic. They are careless, and un-attentive..They do not feel the urgency of a water system failure at consumer..They come for visit at their own convenient time, and not the customer’s time..In fact I had to plan my office time accordingly for their visit. In case if I do not go for extending my warantee/ AMC, I am not sure what could be the situation of service help next year,
In fact, given the pathetic experiences with service, I am currently looking to sell my kent pearl unit and buy some other brand before the rainy season begin..
