Yes. The product you purchase only had vendor support and not company support. Kent in anyway won’t come to help you.


I bought this product 1 year ago for?16, 500. It has a container that can contain around 8l of water but the water it throws out is almost 3 times. I personally store that water and then use it to water my plants, wash clothes or for cleaning purposes.


The thing is that if your vendor is good then no problem but if your vendor is a cheat like mine then my dear you’re done for.


What happened with me was that I called my vendor for changing the filter and all and his person came and didn’t connected the water input line to the filter after changing it. When I turned it on, the water got filled inside the machine damaging one of its part. I called him saying it was his fault but he refused to reimburse me and rather charged me?900. To my luck the same day I came across another person who said that is available for only?300. After that I had to go to his shop, had a quarrel with him and got the work done in?500.


I would say kent should provide centralised services for their product as it is the customers who have to bear the pain of poor services.
