I bought KENT water purifier in Nov 2013. It worked fine for a few months. It started giving problems now and no one is attending to the service calls. Their centralized customer care has nothing but a IVR system.
Local service centres are only interested in selling and not repairing or providing service. Don’t buy it because its a costly machine and only if you are lucky it will work for more than 3 months. And no one will provide service.
I bought it from STROBE enterprises Hyderabad. This agency is a CHEAT! They sell and forget and don’t answer service calls.
