I drought this kent pearl ro water purifier at cost 19500 rs, I use this product since 2 years, at nearest kent store( Ajay enter prises tirupathi )
This is a user friendly model, tank come seperatly so we can clean easly, actually this product has one year warranty this is said by the kent dealer
But in first year I spent more than 3500 to this product every time flot failed, they said flot is not replace under warranty so I pay twice to this partTank capacity is 12 liters per hour but it fills more than an hour this is also disappointed to this product
This design of this product is good and stylish, When it comes to service and support, they can’t attend the free services in first year, service charge also too high when it compare to work what they do,
Better to buy local water purifiers they attend in time to service, don’t but kent product
