Kent is a very famous brand in water purifiers.We bought kent RO Pearl water purifier eight months ago.But this was not up to the mark.The taste of water of this purifier is like normal water we would not feel like having a mineral water.The service of this purifier is not good.To install the Purifier they came after one week and they did not done it well.The next day after installing I have seen some dust particles in the water I then called to the customer care.But they did not even respond so I went to the service center after 5 days.They came and said that the water tank is not covered properly.
The customer service is not good the purifier is also not up to the expectations so I could not recommend it.
