Customer Service!

I Bought Kent pride a year back. Had certain issues & registered complaint. Basis this, service engg. promptly visited somewhere in last week of May & changed filters & also confirmed that memberance also need to be changed.


Registered the complaint once again as system used to be on for hours together & water was not testing as usual. Hence basis service engg. suggestion registered complaint clearly mentioning memberane issue.


Post this complaint another Service engg. visited & told no need to change memberane. This entire episode happened in warranty period.


Post Service engg. visit, after few days again the system had issues & for AMC purpose I called upon Kent customer care(?) & they deputed another engg., who again mentioned that memberane need to be changed.


I fail to understand if the issue was notified in warranty period the same should have been resolved & now since 1 year warrenty period is over, I have been asked to pay cost of memberane. which is costing around 1600/-


This is a great way to deal with customer money.


Meanwhile, now for last 3 days system has completely stopped working.


Now Customer Service manager is not ready to accept accountability,


If at all the higher ups check this reviews, lets see somebody lends his ear on this complaint.
