Thanks guys from the reviews one thing came out consistently - terrible customer service. I was about to buy a Kent Super+, now I would not. I did like the products features and it’s capabilities but for a product that needs regular servicing if the customer service is pathetic, it’s better to stay away.
Kent guys, you need to put your act together, these reviews do make an impact and you are loosing prospective customers
