I had purchased KENT RO super plus one year back, in Bangalore, Karnataka.
I wanted to get a regular yearly service done. So I called their customer care number in their website. NOBODY has come!
I called the customer care 3 times, still nobody has shown up. All they say is that they will send as soon as possible. I even mailed their customer care mail ID from their website. Still no use!
They have a escalation matrix option. But that doesn’t work!
Other brands like Aqua gaurd have poor quality customer support. But still some technician comes and attends the request. But Kent is much worse, nobody comes!
