I have had a nightmare using Kent RO Supreme filter which I installed on the 6 Feb 2014. I just crossed the 1 year service warranty and hear out the issues I have had with it.
This particular filter is a big farce. It works well when it does, but when it doesn’t it makes your life hell.
I have had 6 repairs done on it since the last one year, believe me I have freaking changed each every part of it including the circuit board(RO membrane, UV filter, particle filter). On the top of it, horrible customer service, the most crazy rude people you ever come across.
If any of the Kent marketing fellows are reading this, have the freaking guts to reach out to me.
Please buy Eureka, believe we had it since my childhood and never had these shitty issues.
