Since I have purchased it, I have replaced number of parts. Quality of water is fine when the purifier works well. But it works well hardly for a month, and again some problem arises in some of its component.
Also the servicing is awful. Many of Kent technicians are rude, and come only after calling 2-3 times. The spare parts are too costly. The MAINTENANCE OF THIS PURIFIER IS MORE THAN MY MOTORCYCLE.
I wont purchase Kent product again.
