I bought this product almost a year back and this is my 5th breakdown call to the Kent service centre(Harinidhi Enterprises - Bangalore). Worst service I have ever seen for any product . I think KENT has to seriously look into it.Even during the warranty period, I had to spend my money on UV lamp, Additional filter and serviced it twice. Now on top of it, they say that the circuit board is not working and I will have to spend another 1000 bugs on that.
Totally frustrated. It’s a bad sign for KENT products.I really feel Aqua sure gets the work done. I will never recommend this product to anyone in my life time. KENT & it’s service SUCKS!
