I bought Kent Supreme RO on 21Aug14 with Rs15650 price.
Product was delivered after claimed delivery date with no excuse on 28Aug14.
On contacting Kent call centre, Kent demanded nearly Rs500 for installation and Rs 1000 for pre-filter. It was not mentioned during purchase.
On contacting Snapdeal regarding this Snapdeal raised hand that it is upto manufacturer.
In such circumstances I became ready for paid installation. Today is 03Sep14, I still waiting for installation. Each day I call Kent and Kent responses shamelessly that installation will be arranged tomorrow.
Snapdeal has seven day return policy. The nexus of Snapdeal and Kent will not allow installation till seven days are over. So that when product is fond defective, leaking or not upto the expectation, customer cannot return the product. As Snapdeal say that your time period of seven days is over. What a smart way of fooling and deceiving the customer.
Kent is not able to give the service even after customer is ready to pay. Think about its level of customer relationship.
Kent customer care is available practically between 10.00AM to 05.00PM. Even during this time you will be lucky if you can talk with its customer care representative.
Snapdeal will be silent after selling product. Do not expect any help from him.
So It is my request to all future buyer to not buy Kent product and especially from snapdeal. As they have too many hidden T&Cs and pathetic customer service.
