In 1st service itself, without reason technician insisted to change all filters what cost gone 6.5k while water flow, taste n functionality was fine of purifier. I called through Kent just only to clean outer filter.

During the visit, the technician replaced all the filters in my Kent RO system while going against told criterias(water flow sud be low or stopped/or another problem) to replace, and subsequently presented an inflated bill of 6, 5 K INR. While myself, called your customer care to send technician only to clean the filters. We have Mancipal connection in Pune that provide clean water, plus I have set external filter too what dont come at time of purchasing. He didn’t check and show TDS but shown little mud inside filters what were supposed to clean.
It appears that the technician may have carried out unnecessary replacements and overcharged for the service.
Avoid , and don’t trust on anyone blindly while thinking technician of some brand what brand itself a problem. Sales dept say something this, service dept tell something else and cry on their own brand n loot you. Eureka n Kent r mafia, technologies bcame old now, all small brands roo hav these with one third price with very low price.
