I have purchased the Kent RO with serial no KR1608008311 from Bhagwati Agencies Amritsar on 28-01-2017 with invoice no 3308.
I was given life time free service certificate by the distributor.Because of which I shown interest for purchasing the mentioned product. One year service was given free, now today when we requested Kent for regular service, Kent team has disagreed for considering this certificate as valid certificate and have charged me Rs. 300 as service charge which was not supposed to be collected from myself as per certificate issued to me. Copy of certificate along with bill and receipt of service charge paid is attached herewith. Though these Rs 300 has been refunded by your distributor but next time I will face same issue, Pl get the all clarification done and confirm.
Hence I am feeling that I have been cheated by the Kent Team and her distributor.
I am marking mails to Kent customer service team since last one month. Even I have written to MD as well but no response is given to my complaint. Kent teams are fraudster. They sell their product by mis-representing the facts. Don’t buy product from Kent, At the time when you comolaint for any thing you WI get only disappointment nothing else.
