This product is a wonderful concept to which I was completely sold. Post purchase I realized that it has tremendous shortcomings and is backed up with virtually zero service back up. In six months time the unit required three repairs and though the service guy would say it has defective parts but to my utter surprise it is never replaced.
They scare you by quoting exorbitant prices for the parts which requires to be changed on a regular basis. The taste of the water which is dependent on the presence of the suspended particles tends to deteriorate with time as the count of suspended particles keeps going up.In short it is a VERY BAD INVESTMENT as it is useful for a very short term.
My suggestion is that one should not buy this product as its maintainance cost is almost as high as the cost of the machine.Poeple tend to go by its looks and the taste of water during the demo so the buy it. The company seems to be out to con its innocent customers and has no botheration about its after sales service. I am contemplating taking this matter up to the consumer action forum for the redress of my grievances. JAGO GRAHAK JAGO...
