I am using Kent Grand Water purifier. We keep almost most half yearly service at least of Rs3500. Still their product are leaking. Once I informed that please fix it they said it would be chargeable. I said it is their product issue. Then they shared their area manager number and they stop responded my call. Their services are below standards. I don’t know on which behalf their products are high cost. But now I am going to change their product. I will aware all the user never purchase kent products. They never put their customers on priority.
