I purchased a Kent Excel Plus water purifier and after 3 months we requested a service to Kent since they promised free service in first year.
They sent a service technician(Jidha Enterprises ) who took Rs.1, 620/- for the service and informed us to use only after 2 hours. Before leave he took the otp which received in my mobile and after 2 hours we found the machine is not working. Now after more than 6 months our Kent machine is still not working and lying in the waste disposal bin…
