DON’T BUY KENT, DON’T BUY KENT, THEY ARE CHEATERS AND SELLING CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS


I bought the purifier around 2 years back with Rs.17000 and so far I spent almost double of that price to maintain it. Every technician visit charge you Rs. 350 apart from the cost of the part and they will just replace the part as most of the costumer don’t know if it is actually faulted. This will force the customer to take their AMC of Rs.7500 per year which customer thinks worthy. But when you take the AMC, then they never turn up or you need to keep calling them. if they come, they will tell they don’t have stock to replace the part and keep dragging the complaint. Since water is important to you, you will call any local agency and pay extra and get the filter fixed. THIS IS HOW KENT CHEATING THE PEOPLE. Every 2-3 months atleast one or two component fails, I would say they are selling CHEAP quality product.


I have taken the AMC for my Kent water purifier from Kent authorized agency ‘Good Mineral RO’ Bangalore . I have logged a complaint to Kent customer care earlier and good mineral ro people repaired that time and I was told them they are authorized Kent Service people then insisted to take AMC from them.


This was around 2 – 3 months ago, since these people engaged by Kent customer care, I have taken the AMC. Last Saturday(i.e 6th June) I have logged a service complaint(SR No: 7891) with them and they didn’t turn up. More than a week I had been following up with them, the only way I can reach them is through their landline and they always tell they will send the engineer.


Then I contact ‘Kent Online Care’(on 14th June) and I got a call from Kent 2 days later and advised me that they are sending a request to Bangalore team with ‘High Priority’ to resolve it as soon as possible. I was told someone from Bangalore team will contact me, but nobody contacted me yet. I’ve send many follow up emails but still no one is bothered to look on the customer issues.


Now I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. Both the service center and Kent company is not providing any help! I’m just posting this just for a warning to whoever going to buy a Kent water purifier to understand the pain/frustration that you will have to go through after you but Kent products. If you buy Kent RO, you are walking to hell.
