I got a Kent water softener sold by a Kent agent Mr Amrinder 2 days back I was told that the product functions well with the water geyser and supplies water at adequate pressure.
However, I am not getting water at a very low pressure .my geyser does not fill up even when left overnight as a result I am practically unable to use my geyser because of the water softener. This is a horrible product stay away.
When I contact the customer care people they are not responding to my urgency and no one is ready to return the product even if it was sold just two days back.
The Kent water softener was sold by the Vikaspuri office of the company and now when I call this office they say we are just a sales office please contact the customer care.
When the product was being sold the sales men were all out and came within 30 mins to deliver the product but now once the money has been taken away no one is ready to come and check the product or return it
The company has a network of sales men to sell its products but when it comes to accountability the company is faceless with no person to cater to customer grievance. Kent is a group of cheaters who sell their products one time.
